POOR SERVICE

On the 23 July 2020 I went to Usave Shoprite in Johannesburg C.B.D,the products I bought there was an expired loaf of sunbake bread product which i didn't notice that it was expired and i wanted to eat it ,but as soon as i opened it it was smelling i went back the following day 24 july 2020 but I didn't good service as i wanted to see the manager she keeps on sending other staaf to come and see me but i wanted to come and see her since it was an emergency,they told me that it was the dustrubutiars company responsibility,they wanted me to take my money but i was not happy about the service i recieved and its not the only problem i had with them all the time when i want to withdraw my sassa with the amout of R2000 they never have cash or if i want to withdraw from money market they are always off line and if i want to speak to manager about whats going on about the money market sevice she tells the other staff that she is busy she cant assist me as a customer and the security is telling me why i want to peak to manager and he was so aggressive towards me or they never have cash to withdraw the service is poor at this brance and they have lack of stock as usaul and only one person at the till morning/afternoon and peak hours
