Poor service

I was in their Sunnyside Pretoria shop today around 14:08,I joined the queue as always, when it was my turn to he helped, they started counting money which I assumed was float, putting not only their lives at risk but everyone's, Remember I waited and waited no sign to sign at least use the next available till. I ended up leaving the basket with everything, the service is always terrible, they do not communicate at all.
