POOR SERVICE

on the 4th of March I went to the store to get money that was put in on the 10th February 2016. The system has been offline sometimes but most of the times I would avoid because of slow moving Qs. Yesterday I had no choice but to wait. I got there before 15 h00 but I left after 18h00. There was only one cashier Dlamini who will stand and converse with his colleagues before the customers and respond with negative attitude when I asked on the way they are servicing. For more than 1hr I was standing on the same position. When I checked the manager ( Keke) before 18hoo was relaxed in her office making her Sesotho calls and I reported that many cashiers are on sick leave. I don't understand because they have been having one cashier for a while. Another customer told me that she arrived at 12pm and she left the store after 18h00 after complaining. I am not pleased at all, their charges are so good to the point that you can use their service even if you don't have bank account but because of their services I personally will stop using their services.
