Poor Management at Usave Fochville

Why are we still having employees exploited and working long hours, how can the labor law allow young girls and boys to being exploited to working from 8 in the morning until 22:00 at night, that time no transport is provided for them... I have seen employees at Usave Fochville leave the shop around 22:00 -23:00 @ night and going to hike to get home that time the remuneration does not even compensate for it.... this I upsetting
