Poor listening s****s by Usave staff

Today at 8am I went into a Senekal Usave and a female Usave staff came to us as clients before the store could open and said their systems have a problem we won't be able to get assistance,perhaps they will be up and running at 9am.9am i surely went back and was told Moneymarket doesn't have money.Why couldn't the staff tell us that at 8am because i had already told her I need to do a withdrawal from Moneymarket? Poor listening s****s and ability to assist efficiently lacks badly
