****pie service at Usave Mandela(Daveyton)

Pheladi Lekgeu from Usave @Daveyton E****wa is very rude and inconsiderate to customers. Today I sent my 17 year old daughter money to her account and asked her to buy a few things and do a cash back for transport tomorrow, the lady refused to assist her and her reason was "you are under 18, so you can not be given cash back". Bear in mind that this is not the first time she does this, we normally shop at this store as it's the nearest. The first time she told her she needs to have an ID before she can use her card for purchases or cash back, so today she went with her ID and was told she is under age and can only swipe the products but no cash back will be given. What's confusing is that she's the only cashier who's got a problem as others were able to assist. I'm very much disappointed and frustrated with the service that is offered by the Lady with her self made regulations. She needs more training
