PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BM

on the 1st September 2020 i bought grocery @USAVE KLIPGAT .2days later i drank mageu(grocery item) and i got reaction from it of which it was for the first time i reacted from mageu.when i check the exp date it was 15 july 2020. my daughter tried to play TV Game(grocery item) it was not working. drove to klip Gat and DINEO MPHELA decided to make fun of me infront of the customers..DID U DIE NO DID U GO TO THE DOCTOR NO SO WHAT DO U WANT ME TO DO ? PLS DO NOT WASTE MY TIME JUST GIVE ME THE TV GAME AND MAGEU ILL REFUND YOU! wat a manager she did not even care nor sympathize with me let alone worry about my wellbeing or my travelling expenses.next she said i am a chancer then when i showed her the receipt and mageu still she told me NO DOCTOR'S NOTE NO PAYMENT . I am so dissapointed if thats how shoprite treats their customers .as for Dineo she is not an assert WRONG PERSON WRONG CHAIR.
