I then called usave and spoke to a lady who told me that their cashier is not over therefore the money was definitely paid. The lady then advised me that I must send them my bank statements so they can see where the voucher was redeemed??? How pathetic where has a bank statement shown where a voucher was redeemed? Appauling! My bank,Standardbank clearly stated that Usave should call them and they will confirm where the voucher was redeemed. The service is appauling and it really seemed like the manager or supervisor was clueless because she could not even tell me why she needs my bank statement which has absolutely nothing to with where the voucher was redeemed.
