not happy

I am very disappointed with the way the managers, not all of them, operate with theit workers. Sometimes it seems like the cat has carried the people in, as it is shouted at them. It does not happen every day, but it does give a distorted picture of the person in charge. I'm probably also in the wrong place at the wrong time and every time something like that happen and it bothers me, I wil write a report again, again and again, because it is my right , as a consumer, to do it as a valued customer of U-save. I mean, the workers are human beings too and you, as the manager, the leader of the crew, has to respect your workers for them to respect you. Its not right to shout at people, just because you don't like the person or the pworker are not yet fami**** with some of the jobs on the job description.You get born leaders from whom you can learn and then you can salute them for what you have learn from them and salute them for what they have invested in you.
