Neglegence of safety and time management

Afternoon, I would like to report unfairly treatment and abuse of power by management to their employees at Usave Soshanguve F Phumlani Street ( ***) due to their knock-off time not being followed per to their shift schedules and overtime that leads to unfair labour practices to which the staff is always knock off very late whilst the store operates from 8h00 am to 19h00 pm on a weekly basis, 8h00 am to 17h00 pm on weekends and public holidays but their staff always knock - off after hours around 21h00 which do not prioritize the safety of their staff and put their lives in danger. I am a concerned and angry brother to one of the staff members of the above mentioned store, Yesterday was new year's eve to which everyone wants to enter the new year with their loved ones feeling good and motivated for the next coming year but that did not happen as my younger sister and her colleague were ****** at gun point and ****** their valuable belongings near the shopping complex where the store operates which could have led to injuries or worse death, while they were on their way back home from work around 21h15, which led to the family being angry,depressed and concerned about the safety of our younger sister , which made us not welcome the new year in a good positive way. My younger sister is still traumatized, feeling helpless leading her being depressed about this whole whole situation that has occurred , right now she is unable to cope because of fear and scared to go back to work . Can you please take further steps on the management of usave Soshanguve F and compensate my younger sister and her colleague for their losses because of the negligence of their time management which ****** them of their safety and rights as their employees even though I know that incidents and accidents can happen at anytime to my sister and her colleagues but due to lack of time management of usave Soshanguve F their safety is not prioritized.
