Money market

I had a very bad service at usave vuwani.. I went there on Saturday 14th December 2019 wanted to withdraw money but we were asked to wait outside as there's no money in the sun while someone was busy with maintaining tiles by the door then decided to use my bank card as didn't have enough like I waited for more than an hour. Then Sunday morning went back again there was no cash. Some lady came to deposit money which got me and the others waiting happy instead the cashier decided that he will call people who want to pay I thought that was money market but to my surprise this people their regular customers was called to pay their one loaf of bread, washing powder while we standing no excuse or apology. Asked for a manager who did not help instead he was trying to explain that maybe he wanted more cash from one loaf of bread and the cashier started shouting at me and repriminding the security lady. The cashier didn't want to help me at all. Is that how we suppose to be helped.
