Missing bags

I came into Prieska's shop and was asked to leave my parcels from another shop at the security guard. The security guard walked around in the shop and my parcel went missing. When I confronted the manager she looked at the camera footage and refuse to let me see it. She said she'll only refund me if I gave her the slip of purchase and open a case. I didn't have the slip anymore because it was in the shopping bag. Result of this as i am a poor person is that my famliy will not have a fully Cooked dinner for Christmas. Very disipointed.
