Manager with a stinking attitude.

Yesterday I went to Usave to return the Aromat that my nephew bought the previous day. I sent him to buy the box with 3 satchets inside but instead he bought the bigger box with about 10/11 satchets inside.

I had to return it but the bad attitude I recieved from the Manager its very disturbing. When I arrived at the shop one of the stuff members went to call her to assist me as she is the only one dealing with returns. I waited for about 15 minutes for her to come to the front. I assume she was at the back office. when she finally came to the front after 15 minutes of waiting she didn't come straight to help me, she first had a chat with some ladies at the entrance then went to remove money at the till, But what about me??? WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE??? She wasn't showing any sense of urgency in what she was doing, she was acting as if she doesn't even know that there's a customer waiting for her. I then decided to go to her, as i approched, I greeted and told her that I have been waiting for her to help me. Instead of her greeting back, she bite my head offfff and told me that she told the guy who come to call her that she will come, then immediately after saying those words she left me standing there again (I was really shocked from the way she spoke to me, She really gave me a bad attitude, Her tone, the way she was looking at me and her facial expressions showed that she was on a fighting mode) I had to wait for her again to finish whatever that she was doing. Then finally she came with a book asking me really boring questions.

Her questions are as follows:

1. who did you send to buy the aromat. I rep**** "My Nephew" 2. Why didn't you tell him what he was supposed to buy at the first place. I relpied by saying I wouldn't send him to the shop and not tell him what he is supposed to buy. She rep**** "O nale ditaba"

I was really annoyed by what she said and by her attitude already.

She went to the other Till then came back with R130 cash, she didnt speak, she just gave me the money and walked away without even saying "We are done" or "here is your money" or something just for me to know that the process is done and I can leave... I just left.

I didn't even get her name as she wasn't even wearing her name badge.

How does she manage stuff if she doesn't have manners herself. No wonder why most of the ladies who works at the Usave in Moleleki are soo BITTER.

After all I'm a loyal customer at Usave, I also deserve to be treated with some respect. Not only me but everyone who comes to the store.
