Isiphetweni shoprite usave

I visited shoprite u save, the one located in Tembisa isiphetweni section, went there to withdraw money from the money market, we stood there for almost 3 hours and it was only 3 of us in the queue, the lady who was assisting us didn't even bother to come and inform us what was happening inside because she didn't even have a customer in her counter, I had to go inside and ask what was happening only to be answered so rude, customer service is so bad.
