Incompetence

What a poor service from the previous staff we had last year, I tried to withdraw R450 from the ATM on busy day 30min before closing time and teller said he doesn't have cash I should try the other teller. I asked that couldn't he ask like it was previously done to do a transfer between tills but he said I should join the other queue which I was already waiting for 30min. I asked a senior guy to assist and he confirmed there is nothing he can do I should join a new queue which I did and I was the last one to leave the shop. I haven't seen such incompetency
