Humiliation at the shop

<p>On 21 June 2017 I went to Usave Bara Square to buy a sim card but I was confronted by a rude and obnoxious manager. I was coming from the movies with my girlfriend when we were ****** at knife point and had our phones ******,my girlfriend was really traumatised by the whole incident but suggested we call Telkom and report the phones as ****** before going to the police station. I went into Usave Bara Square took a sim from a batch of sim cards rushed off to the till then the lady asked if I want to buy the R50 sim for internet bundle I then rep**** no,she said I should go back to the batch of sim card and dig deeper. After finding a sim i took it to the til and paid 50c for it.I asked if she can also Rica it for me she responded by saying i should go to the money market line. After waiting for 2hours in the money market line, I finally got to RICA the sim and rushed over to the car to go with my girlfriend to the police station. I got to the car and just before i put the sim in the phone I realised the sim was to big for my phone, I rushed back to the shop and told them the problem. The manager didn'"t even stand up to attend me he called me over to where he was sitting and asked me if I want my money back, Irep**** by saying no I just I just want a smaller sim. The manager then started shouting at me saying I must go to another shop because their sim cards are not good enough me,one of the employees also started joining him saying I dont know what Im talking about,the whole store stopped and starred at me I am traumatised and at that shop they were shouting at me,one of the customers that was ther even said they didn't need to shout at me when I was leaving the shop</p>
