On the 30thof March I misplaced my phone the last time I saw it I was in the store at usave tembisa i went back to the store to ask to retrace my footsteps and I was not allowed to go into the store then went home to fetch my mother that was when I was let inside the store I had then asked to see the manger of the store lawrence and never came out of the office until I was about to leave he then came out I asked him to see the footage.. and told me to go report this matter to the security guard I feel like my rights as a customer have beeninfringed.... I need help I have to go claim for a new phone from my insurance please help.... the treatment i received at the store should not given to anyone... the security guards always tell me that they're busy.... the people that were harsh are Connie and chance those are the security guards that gave me a challenge and Lawrence the store manager
