Horrific shopping experience each time

This place is a disgrace. I have found expired margarine on the shelves, bought sour yoghurt and felt the fridges were set very hot in the store. This was rectified but there are never more than ONE person working at the tills, they are very unfriendly and slow, and recently I was harrassed at the door by beggars after which the storemanager sarcastically asked me 'if I want to be escorted out of the store'. There are 3-4 security personel inside the store talking and not doing what they are supposed to. Is this how it is supposed to be? I am a mother of children and also need to buy food for them so fearing for my life when buying from this store is not the quility of life anyone should have to endure. I was crying and shaking after buying a bread today. The storemanager insisted that security on the outside of the store is not his problem and he was irritated that I dared interupt him. This is ridiculous because this happened literally on their doorstep.
