Horrific customer service

On the 8th of November 2020 I went to Usave Makapanstad to use their money market services. Their service was appalling to say the least. 1st they said they didn't have network for sending money few minutes later they said they don't have money as if that wasn't enough , they start calling people that they know to come and be assisted where as we're still standing in line. I then went inside with the person who was called to be assisted to find out what's going on, when I was still trying to explain to the cashier my issue then a lady who works there came from the back, She ddint even acknowledge me or greet me it was as if I was invincible to her, She told the person who was called that he will be assisted very soon, and she did all that just to spite me , to show me that she will do as she please and there's nothing I can do about it. She was not wearing a name tag , so I had to ask who she was and what her position was . To my surprise she was the store manager, I asked to see her name tag her name is SHIELA she said her surname is MONAGENG . People like her don't deserve to work in a customer service environment she's rude and cold. She runs that store like it's her own ****a shop. Usave should do better when hiring store managers. I'm never setting foot in a Usave store ever again. I'll start using PEP services.
