Horribly service at Usave Dobsonville

For the past +/- 6 months I have been getting the worst service from the staff at Usave Dobsonville. Every time I need to withdraw money using Shoprite or Capitec cash send I am told that there is no money in the till. Today I was told to wait and I will be assisted but I didn't get any assistance I had to step out to take a call for about 2 min and when I walked back in the till I was promised help at was closed with the guy still standing there telling me to use the next till which also apparently didn't have money. When you try to ask for help at this store it is like you came to take out a loan and you must beg the person at the till just to listen. It is sad because this is the only Shoprite store near me and to be treated like dirt makes it feel easier to just take a taxi to PnP.
