horrible service at usave Emdeni Soweto

i was at Emdeni Usave in Soweto yesterday 18/02/2019 between 6 pm and 6;30 pm to do a cash back and no one was willing to assist me , first i went to the money Market tills and i was told they dont have that money then i went in the line at the first till from the entrance , the cashier told me he doesn't have it and told me with serious attitude to wait for a while . i waited until i saw that this guy will never assist me .he did not have a name tag but he was at the first till between 6 pm and 6;30 pm when i left the store . i went to the second till the cashiers name on the name tag was Ntoko which obviously is not a complete name, she also told me to wait with attitude again she said she doesn't have that money ,the person behind me did cash back and it was for more money than i was looking for but she was helped . one of the employees asked Ntoko why is she refusing to help me she answered " why should i have the money he is looking for when everyone doesn't have it . she only helped after she asked that stupid question . this is terrible service Shoprite has to to something about things like this
