Hi Yesterday I went to usave naboomspruit I went there to buy baby cereal which is R21.99 but when they ring them they were R24.99 there's was this lady im not sure she's a manager or what her name is Francina,she told me that the price of the cereal is R24.99 I told her on the shelf talk is showing 21.99 I even told her that I'm paying the price I see,she said to me I don't have to tell her that I'm paying the price I see, my question is does she knows about the customer obsession,she even shouted the cashier in front of customer that she must scan,he's waisting her time ,and again there was this brand of simba the price is 16.99 they were scanning 17.99 whe the cashier calls her for authorization she told the cashier she's busy on the phone and this kind of treatment she's always doing it she doesn't know anything how to interact with the customers she's forever ready to answer customers with bad attitude
