Ha Ravele Usave horrible service

I bought 2.5kg maize meal at Ha Ravele Usave and found lots of insects inside and decided to return it

When i arrive at the store security guy showed me a manager and when i went to the manager he didn't even bother to check or apologised he just pointed me to another lady who was packing mind you i spent money to go back to the store

The other lady did the same thing she never apologised or check the maize thy both made it look like thy knew their product was rotten she just went to the teller and refunded me she even gave me the refund with attitude like not even looking at me she gave it to me from her back without saying anything

I was not Surprised by the lady s attitude because i received the same attitude from the manager

I just concluded that because Usave is mainly used by the poor then complains are not taken serious
