Good customer service at Usave springs

On Saturday 22nd February I was unhappy with a product I purchased at Usave Springs. I was very annoyed for the inconvenience of having to make two 8km return trips to their store. I wish to commend the store manager Lindiwe, and especially the area manager Muntu Hlongwane for how they professionally handled my complaint, stayed beyond their knock off time and went an extra mile to make sure I leave their store in good understanding. Great damage control guys, keep up the good work. It's mainly for that reason that I remain their customer.
