Foul smell

Went to Usave Dobsonville Today (30/09/2019) around 17:17 to my disappointment the store had a foul smell as if something died in that store, I did query some of the staff members about the smell and was told it was the milk that had expired . Then my next question was does the store do proper stock taking if so why is it that they had expired milk in store. And I ask what was done to eliminate the smell and I was given a silent treatment. Can Hello Peter assist me in getting? health inspector to check that store out, clearly the store is has more bad stuff in there....
