Forcing my sis to pay

I so experienced something that touched me badly the previous week my mother sent my 14year old sisters to go buy Flash voucher for 1000 they came back with 900 100 short because thy sprayed perfumes testing them n the manager forced them to pay OK I understand they were not suppose to but why force minors to pay with money that not theirs and u say its the law....if it is where is it written n why didn't they call us and they say they should have called SAPS ....like to do what?arrest them for what? So bad service they now look at me like a thieve when I go there shame ai that the place we trust to buy stuff at but I guess we need to just stay away shame Dobsonville Ext USave ai
