Extremely poor service

I would like to express the level of disappointment i have for the service we get from mofolo north soweto usave in nxumalo street more especially when you want to withdraw money, it doesn't matter what time of the day they will tell you they do not have money but before it was never like that. They will make people stand outside in the sun while you are waiting to withdraw money and when its turn to withdraw money when you get to the till they will give you a very bad attitude im very disappointed and angry at the level of bad service they give to us.
