Extremely dissatisfied

New I am extremely disappointed, l wish l could put even a zero star for this Usave of a shop. I went to this store to withdraw a Standard bank instant voucher and upon inputting all required details the cashier then called some lady for an overwrite, this lady made a mistake and my money R700 is now stuck in their system and l can not even withdraw it at an Atm. This was their fault and they made me wait for 2hrs without any assistance. The manager Themba is extremely ***********, he spend hours only to come back with the stupidest explanation. Now the whole issue is now in my hands to solve. No accountability was taken by the cashier and the store at all. Very rude and lack any sense of agency. I am definitely going to escalate this issue to higher authorities we can not accept such behavior from such a huge store. My feet hurt from standing for over two hours for nothing. This Usave has the worst customer care l have ever seen.
