Exploitation
For the past few months and years our President has been encouraging businesses to hire the youth so as to promote employment. That is the president's initiative. But what Usave is putting this youth through its beyond exploitation. They expect their staff members (mostly young people) to be at work before 07h30 in the morning only to release them around 21h00 at night, and what surprises me is the fact that they don't even care about their safety.. What if they get injured, ******, ****d, hijacked on their way home.. Have they considered that. This are young people desperate for employment while big companies like Usave exploit them to the highest degree. They don't even hire packers, they try spare money by using their cashiers as packers also. How do they let this young people stay at work for a while more than 16 hours and still expect them to be bright and early the following day, while providing them with only one T-shirt for the that matter, when they get home they still need wash those t-shirts in preparation for tomorrow. This need Labor Law to investigate thoroughly. No wonder we have a lot of youth roaming the streets and doing drugs, our companies are not there to assist, the want to demoralize them and make them quit, clearly they are not concerned about empowering this young ones, but money in their pockets..
