disgusting service and staff so unprofessional

I am very much disappointed and very unhappy, i went to usave vuwani on the 31 december 2018. i wanted to buy the Farmer choice 5kg braai pack, but i did not but because the meat in the fridge was roatten ( Brown) , the meat in the fridge look like it was defrozed and freeze again, i ask to speak to the branch manager( Freedom Mthombeni) whom i explained to her if she had notice that the meat in the fridge is not good for the health of the citizen, she looked at me like i just lost my mind, she said SO WHAT!!!!!!!!, i was not expecting that from the manager point of view and i was not expecting to see what i saw in their fridge, what a shocking service from the branch manager, i think she need more customer service training and coaching about customer service. WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE I WAS NOT ASKING FOR DONATION BUT I WANTED TO BUY. she need to change her attitude otherwise she is not good for customer service, we stay at the village what more is she doing to the elders and everyone who visit the store. there is other stores in Vuwani but i choose Usave, i could have went to another store. but she need to understand that they are not doing customers favour but its is customers chose to visit their store. hence i went back on the 02 march 2019 there was only one cashier working when i ask Mukhuba Matamela he gave me the very same look that his manager gave to me like am mad, what a very sad service the only person who was so professional was Vhutshilo , Matamela even ask me to pack my stuff as he want to help other customer whooow sorry what so unprofessional employees.
