Disgusting Manager Attitude

This morning when I called Usave Ashton the manager Felicia answered the phone.. I asked her what time are you guys closing because of this lock down. She asked me why.. I said I need to do shopping that is why I want to know.. Her answer towards me was '' Come look on the door than you can see the time''. This is an answer from a Store Manager.. I don't live in Ashton but often visit there.. I know her because of some issue that we had recently, we leave that for other day.. This so called store manager need to go for management training.. I myself was in retail and I was running an store as well. This is not a attitude that a manager should have towards a client.. She better get her act together towards her clients, or Usave will lose client..This is not the first time that I hear about complaints about Usave Ashton. I'm not leaving this here.. Usave better train there employees better.
