Disgruntled customer over terrible service

I am disgruntled bungee service customers receive from Shoprite usave situated in Evaton (Adams Road). Customers waited for o Over 2 hours whilst they were told that the consultant servicing the money market was in lunch... The service being poor and cashiers giving customers a very unpleasant attitude. Even the manager was minding his own business and couldn't care much about the customers waiting under the drizzling rain.
