Customer service

Hi! I believe my review will be well received. Customer service in our townships has to match the one of the stores in town/surbubs, there shouldn't be any difference. I asked a lady at the cash desk if she had ran the coldrinks on special, instead of answering the simple question she had a lot to say with a bit of attitude. She didn't have her name badge on but I have my receipt, C0062#0243 @11:30:21.

However today on the 08 Sunday October, I went back to the store to get a packet of cigarettes and colddrink, another lady called Busi, she had her name badge on, she exceptionally went out of her way to meet my expectations, she couldn't find the packet I was looking for at the shelf and she went all out to find what I was looking for. Such excellence needs to be recognised and rewareded. All in 2 minutes Busi won the customer back. I thank her for her kindness and excellent service. Keep up the good work and teach others.
