complain about Usave at Delareyville North West

Goodday i was at Usave shoprite in Delareyville 26 June 2021 at 10:00 , i was number five on the till point for money market , we wait for a long time, i went to asked other lady she was wearing a pink i asked here so nicely she told that money market doesn't have money i must wait in the que cause i can see that on one is working at money market because they is no money there my question is that where are the float that they cashup on 25 June , because it shows that money market was not operating at all.then i went back to a que and i wait gain for more than 15 minutes then i asked the lady who relieved the Security she told me that i have stress here its North West they operate the way they want ,its not Gauteng and she told me that she doesn't even care about customer service and the thing of customer is always right, so i wanna know that at Delareyville Usave thats how they treat the customers because its a rural areas small town they must neglect people from rural areas or its a shoprite policy that said that , i was not happy at all about their service the cashier helped us after i complained twice , i wanna thats how we must live in a rural areas because its not Johannesburg.
