Cheap staff no manners

I did not know that withdrawing money would be such a mission at the USave store Mangalani garage. Chiawelo x 2.

I bought a flash voucher and after asked the cashier of I could withdraw money and he asked I wait for the one customer. I waited patiently the the one customer became the second then the third and so forth.

I asked him how long do I have to wait and he told me to ask the customers for permission to withdraw.

So eventually the manager pops up from the back not wearing a name badge. Refuses to help and give me his name.

I think ShopRite USave must invest in proper customer service people there seem to think they are doing us a favor.

I left the shop without the service

1. Cashier does not have a name badge 2. Manager does not have a name badge and cannot speak to customers
