Cell.phone issue

Still on the usave issue that happened at usave on the 01/11/2021 when my mother lost her phone and everyone changed their statement On the 12/03/2022 The Krugersdorp CID police department came to my mother with the pictures of the footage and my mother is not happy with the way her case is been handled the pictures shows the women's clothes that she WS wearing witch is blue and white is a hospital uniform her name is black can't read witch hospital she is working for and her face on the pictures ik s black as well can't see her clearly and the polices says the is nothing they can do and even at usave they say they can't help with anything after they cornfimed that they gave the women the phone all of a sudden is a case close with no help but a loss including the money that was in the pounch of the phone . Now I want to know if this means my mother should forget about her phone just like that or what should happen because is not her fault that the camera footage does not work well from Krugersdorp usave.
