Bad service rendered

USave in kagiso their services are bad. When you ask for cash back is like you're asking for their own money. On the 5th of October I bought cake flour it was expired I realized that after opening it I sent my son to buy it he didn't check the expired date. I returned it and got my refund. You'll find them opening 1 or 2 tills that time the lines are so long they don't improve at all.
