Bad service and sworn by security guard

<p>So the bad service at this Usage shoprite was not enough the security guard named Themba mapoloba he says swears me just because I said can he reach out the slip in the bag because my hands are tired. With confidence fuseg!!! He says I call the manager that still didn't help manger name blessing who didn't really care and didn't even receive an apology. Its sad how I always dread having to go this this store. I bought glass tumbles lady didn't even bother to wrap them in paper. Number they have on the slip is not going through I expect an apology.</p>
