Bad service

Good morning I went to U save at Harrison street to but a pair of scisc or, I saw wine glasses on sale , they were R11,99, and I took six of them, when the cashier cash them they were R12.99 I then asked him why he charge me that, because i saw them with R11.99. He said i must asked the supervisor.He called him and the supervisor came,he was talking on the \\\\\\\\phone, he just come and voided everything, I then ask him why the price is not the same as the one place to the glasses, I did'nt get his proper answer he continue to void them. I then ask the cashier to continue with the sales.when he suppose to pack them he left them there for me to pack them, he said they don t have packers,i then said to him, from what i know he need to first wrap them with a news paper to avoid breaking. he said he cant help with that, I then cancel the sale. I was so dissapointed by their services, the name of the supervisor is Peit.
