BAD SERVICE

Today I was at Shoprite Usave Lebanon winterveldt next to Engen garage I wasn't happy at all about the service there The were only 2 new cashiers on the till points obviously they won't be as fast cos they still new and learning. The problem is that the ques were getting longer and longer and the manager didn't care when she was told to add cashiers on till points cos the que was long, instead she gave customers a bad attitude. Coming to the cashier who helped me I ask him nicely if he's new he said no am not new, I was amazed when he said that cos am a regular customer there I saw him recently. Fast forward I was there to do a withdrawal 'capitec cash send' he said to me if I want to I can say I don't want to give you money afterall it's my choice to give you money I was shocked when he said that cos I didn't say anything bad or being rude to him. He continued and said 'where are you working?? Maybe where you're working they will appoint you as a manager' Is that professional!? I am not happy at all about usave Lebanon mabopane I've been quiet for too long especially about the rude manager
