bad service

I went to the shop Usave at 17:45 because by my knowledge they close at 18:00 but when i get there the security lady name nohlanhla slammed the gate on face along with some old man .then I asked why is it that she is closing the gate at 17:45 because they close at 18:00 and she told me that their managers were not around and they want to go home with an attitude . i then said so u closing the gate 15 minutes early coz u want to go home and i told her its not possible that all managers will leave they shop without leaving someone to supervise you and the words that came out of her mouth were \uzoba strong sisi"I then asked to speack to the manager she refused I told her I am not leaving until I spoke to 1 . she went inside instead she called her colugues to come and look at me and the old man trough the windows and they started laughing at us they laughed and the manager never came and she never came back . they kept on checking if i was still outside and kept on laughing . I then decided on leaving round bout 18:20 . me and the old were made fools . people always complain about the attitude of the people working thete somtimes you will find them shouting at old people its bad """
