Bad service

On the 10 July 2020 I went to Shoprite metropolitan in Witbank,the products I bought there was an expired mayonnaise Nola product which my wife didn't notice that it was expired and she ate it,it gave her some stomach problems she's 36 weeks pregnant.i went back the following day but I didn't get any help since it was an emergency,they told me that it was Nola company responsibility,they said they will call me Saturday or Monday but nothing to date,I sent an email to customer care they said they will get back to me as well since their management didn't follow the procedure.i have all the pictures of the expired date and the receipt,
