Bad service

Went to Usave Mndeni 44 Masala street, to withdraw. I was advised that on that till we don't withdraw then I was told told to move to another till which I did I was still told that I cannot withdraw. I then told the lady that I won't a queue,because I was in front she said fact is I won't withdraw. I asked her to speak to the Manager to complain about the bad service,she said she's the Manager I can complain if I want to she's fed up with her Job she doesn't care. I asked why is she treating me like that she said I can go ahead she was so rude I was shocked that I was treated like a *****. The lady I spoke to is Maleswana(Manager) I want this to be dealt with I can't allow this I refuse.
