Bad Service

So today the 25th Jan after work I went to do my shopping as per usual at Shoprite Usave in Bellville Bellstar Junction Cape Town after work, as I was about to be served by a chashier called Jonathan he was busy shouting calling the manager to his till while doing that I asked why does he not go to where the manager was because now he was holding up the queue and it was a long queue.

You would not believe what the cashier Jonathan said to me, and I quote! Dont be Impatient here **** off, close quote.

As I was shocked in disbelief and angrily I responded "what did you just say to me? I am a customer here you have no right to speak to me how you just did, He responds "you are not my customer.

The Manager (Nico Bosman) as he arrives at the till he just responded by "I am sorry" and he continued with what he was doing.

The level of respect that we customers endure, This in itself is so unprofessional and so undermining be it high, middle or low income earners, our rights as consumers have been violated.
