Bad service

I went to shoprite yesterday to buy grocery for stockvel what we did we went to the manager to have an authorisation of buying more as Club but they refuse saying that he can't and end up giving us a refund on the things that it was already paid. We were not happy @ all because some people were allowed to do so but us unfortunately not.
