BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY BONGANI AT USAVE WATERVAL

The cashier by the name of Bongani his extremely RUDE and this is not the first time I get such treatment from him today he was busy with his friend while I was waiting for him to serve me he did not even acknowledge that iam standing in front while his busy with his friend he served him after that they stood there and had a chat while I was waiting they discussed their personal things and made arrangements of payment while iam standing there and the guy gave him R50 while I was still waiting to be served I asked how much is the braaipack he gave me 3 amounts he asked if i wanted plastic i said no but still forced me to take because he didnt want to void the transaction I gave him R170 because he said is the correct about but no it was not when I told him that i asked him several times about the price he just looked at me and laughed when the supervisor Nelisiwe asked him to keep quiet he continued laughing and walked away even his still laugh while iam in the store asking the lady what's her name we dont need such people to assist us the supervisor is refusing to give me the details of the headline office nor the area manager I hope this will reach them
