Bad customer service and bad pricing bad attitude from manager

<p>Went to Usave in lenasia south went to buy the sparletta softdrinks as it was my daughters birthday on e 29 the then saw the slab of chocolate priced 6.95 then took 5 for my girls teachers then when I got to the tills they charged 14.99 told the cashier that that's not the price I saw she tried to explain the pricing system which still resulted in the 6.95 for the chocolate .she then called the manager who explained the same thing n we ended agreeing that their pricing was incorrect but told me that I can't get them for that price as I must read the small prints when I get to the Usave stores. When u get to the store u expect that the consultants has done their jib of pricing correctly as the customer. The way it was handled was not professional n she had argued with me as the customer. Asked for head office numbers she told me to check the numbers on the plastic but I didn't buy the plastic. Called head office and complained then the following day got the call from their head office n I explained everything even send the lady the picture of the pricing n she told me that she spoke to the manager i UST go n get my chocolate for the 6.95, went there today's on the 11tg as that's the chance that I got to get there. </p> <p>When I got there the managers in charge told me that they don't know anything about it n the manager who knows about it is in hospital I must wait for her n they don't know when she is coming out. .</p> <p>What a service from Usave in lenasia south. The way they treat customers is noton at all.</p>
