Bad customer service

Yesterday l went to USave to ask for a cash send withdrawal. So got there and there was two cashiers l went to a guy to ask if he has the money that l requested and he said no. So l asked him to ask the other cashier lady she said no as well. So l went to the door as l was about to leave the manager(Nolusindiso) asked them what l wanted and they told her. So she called me back and called the third cashier(Babalwa) to give me the money, she then told me she doesn't have the money. So the manager stood up to come to the till and check herself, then she whispered that she has the money which was R50's and R20's and l said l don't mind. The manager checked the till and she realized that she has 3 R100's and the proceeded to tell her to give me the money. So l was angry because they had the money but apparently they don't want to give money to people who don't purchase from the shop. The manager said l told you guys to stop doing this and thats not the first time that this has happened to me. The attitude that Babalwa gave me was so bad and made the experience worse, and l just want to thank the manager the sweet lady for the help cause she saw me running like a headless chicken. What a bad customer service which almost ruined my day.
