Bad customer service

I was not treated properly by an emloyee at the Usave Palmridge. I wanted to buy a flash voucher at money market but the employee there told me that they have knocked off. So I asked her why is she sitting there like she on duty while she has knocked off, her response was with an attitude that the security was supposed to tell me that she has knocked off.
