BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Usave Emndeni Soweto the experience of shipping there its a headache ,i was heart broken when I sent my 12 Year Old Daughter to go and buy a few items for the house hold ,I gave her my bank card as usual she uses it to buy at Usave several time she was turned back and told to go and get the owner of the card as she is not allowed to use it ,I went to the store to find out what was the problem a guy Manager that is in charge told me that its Shoprite's law that kids are not allowed to use their parents Bank card and there's nothing I can do about it ,I advised the manager that my daughter always uses my card to shop at their store he was not interested but agued with me said I was blocking customers who were there to buy and I asked him if I was not a customer that also wanted to be attended to ,he was rude and told me if I had a problem I should take it up with Shoprite and I should leave the store ,I then asked him if that was Shoprite's law why is there no poster on the door stating the law and he said posters get delivered and he does not know why its not there ,he does not respect his customers ,his rude self centred and does not respect the position he is in and the store he is representing am glad to say after the experience i no longer shop at Usave Emndeni in Soweto as their service is **** and not up to standard their store is dirty and the food they are selling is rotten ,inspectors should intervein.
